Lynne Mulvihill

Lynne Mulvihill graduated from the University of Manitoba with a degree in Architecture after which she began working as a freelance designer. Her love of ceramics sparked when she began to take classes at the Stoneware Studio and in 2014 pottery became her full time pursuit. Every piece is made in what is lovingly called the dungeon (aka her basement home studio) and then fired in the gas kiln. Her work focuses on functional pieces, simple shapes and is inspired by the tactile nature of materials that can be found in both the natural and human made environment.
